We humans are reasonably symmetrical. We have two sides to our bodies. There is a line called the linea alba going from the belly button to the pubic area. Is this a trace of the original cell division -- the first two cells which divided from which we grew?

I would say no. Some twins separate after many cell divisions have occured. How would a trace of orginal cell division be conserved in this senario?

I sincerely doubt it. Its probably internal if such a division exists at all.

nope, and we're not completely symmetrical. there are variations which though slight are there...
