some exercises to reduce double chin

I have had TREMENDOUS success with two exercises. I am fifty, and have no trace of a double chin or jowels at all. Every other day I tilt my head back to look at the ceiling and make extremely exaggerated chewing motions with an open mouth (then I repeat with five or so closed mouth). Afterwards, I lie on the bed on my back with my shoulders at the edge of the mattress and my head hanging back. Then I slowly raise my head to my chin and lower back again. Start ALL of these slowly and build up. I started out with five, and am now up to thirty of each set of exercises. You will be astonished!! I also use a wonderful (but rather expensive) skin cream called Rejuvenol. It took about three months for me to see my skin begin to truly revive with Rejuvenol, but it did! I'm so happy with it that it's worth the cost.

Any excercise program with a sensible diet will help reduce your double chin. May I recommend the ABS Diet. It's a great book and has worked wonders for me.
