Yes. If you work indoors you don't have a problem. If you work outdoors or in an environment with no air conditioning (like a warehouse) make sure you are adequately hydrated. btw...temps in the 3 digits are common here in Texas, teens are still working both indoors and out.

to my knowledge there is no restrictions on temperature with OSHA. There should be IMO!
