Just had my periods last week, so its not pregnancy and its not pms. I've bn feeling like this all morning, so i didn't evn have my froot loops!!!

Having your period doesn't mean you aren't pregnant. It means that you most likely aren't pregnant. It's very rare, but possible to have a period while being pregnant.
You may be dehydrated, have an ear infection (this can make you REALLY nauseous), have a stomach flu, be allergic to something...etc. Go see a doctor. I had a sinus infection that got to my ear and totally screwed up my sense of ballance.

Could it be you are just sick or ate something that did not agree with you last night.
Not to scare you but some ladies spot enough that it seems like they are having periods throughout the entire pregnancy.

Could be a minor stomach bug. Try drinking some cranberry juice. It helps to kill out bacteria in your digestive tract.

try eating a cracker or something salty
coke or ginger ale
could be the heat at least drink plenty of fluids
