Taking advantage of others is a natural part of every person's life.
Liking it is a matter of personal psychology. Are you not dependent on your personal relationships with the people in your life in a way that is subtlely tied in to your ability to survive? At one point in life or another we all have to USE the people around us to get what we want. In fact, we do it everyday without thinking about it.
If you're really good at it, maybe you like it because it is a validation of your own personal seductiveness or power?

I believe its because they have the natural leadership quality in them that others then to follow and believe but instead of using this quality in a good way, they decide to be mean to others and just see what they can do to boost themself up the laddder, even if that means walking all over people and taking advantage of them...

Because they like being in charge, controlling people. It's also common for most that try to take advantage of others, may feel they have no control over their own life, so they try to take control of someone else around them.

Because they are cruel and inhuman and have found that taking advantage of others is profitable.
