without trying to sound crude... Men, what do you think of female clit hood piercings? and woman, does anyone have it done and does it hurt as im thinking about getting it done, but im worried about the pain!! does it hurt more than a tattoo? How long does it take to heal?

That can get really infected. I do not have it but I do not think it is a good idea

I'm a man and those piercings turn me on! About does it hurt? You're putting a needle through the clitoral hood, NOT the clit or the piercer would be walking funny, but still I think pain is standard how much is up to you! Good luck w/e ya do, Sweety!

Do a bit more research and ask a pro (piercer) for some advice.
Every woman is different. I don’t have mine pierced but I have both of my nipples - and I don’t get aroused by them at all. Most of the time I don’t realize I have them done until clothing get caught. But their are other women who get aroused everytime something touches them.
Just make sure you aren’t getting it done to please someone else. Think of the reasons why you want it. Don’t get it to impress a man. It will hurt but piercings take a lot less time than tattoos. All depends on your tolerance of pain. Mine is fairly high and the nipple piercing wasn’t bad at all.
Definately ask for cleaning advice etc at the shop. They should go through everything as well. You may want to go to a place that you know of or someone else has recommended to you, just cuz its a very private piercing.

My hood piercing is the best piercing I've ever gotten. Yes, it does hurt, but the pain doesn't last long, and it heals quite quickly. I 100% recommend it, but would do a fair amount of research as to what piercer is qualified to do it, and which ones have experience with performing them. And men love it!

I had mine done about 5 years ago (I still have it). It only hurt for about 2 secs and I had absolutly no pain / problems with the healing - in fact its my easiest piercing to date!! The only think to be careful with when you first get it done is your undies - thongs are not a good idea for a couple of days! You should also refrain from sex for a couple of weeks afterwards. But go for it - its a really easy peircing and feels great:)))))

They're ok, but they're not my favourite female piercing. I love girls with a nose piercing, as long as it's a nice piercing, a stud, or occasionally a ring. Clit piercings are a nice addition, again, as long as they look good. Don't go over the top, just get a bar or ring or something, not one with dangly bits on.

Its vile. The female clit - sorry ladies - looks vile enough as it is without a piece of metal stuck through it.
A piercing can reduce the sensitivity of the clit and - so I've heard - clitoral orgasms are amazing.

i had mine done in 1999. it hurt alot because they cant numb it as the spray burns more than the piercing. it heals v quickly tho. i felt fine within a few days. if u have it done, dont wear jeans for a wk or so tho because the seam can catch. gd luck x

Maybe it will make things feel better for you? But clits are sensitive enough...also yeah it would rub against it and wouldn't it make you permanently horny -which could get annoying!! Unless your a porn actress -it' s pointless...my ex had a nipple peircing and it suited him but I didn't really like it...it's a bit masochistic...

i had mine done 2 years ago and i love it, it didnt hurt at all just like a little pinch, it was sore and uncomfortable for about 2 days and hurt wen i weed, but the 3rd day it was fine!!!! heals rele rele quickly. but dnt forget to keep it clean hehe
