I Think first i have to define NWO.The phrase "new world order" was first widely used in connection with Woodrow Wilson's designs in the period just after World War I, during the formation of the League of Nations

Debatable, and very interesting. I don't think so. One of the many statements he made that comes to mind is....the answers to any problem, can be found in nature. This is a true fact when you think about it. Example: Sonic, or sonar impulses that some insects, and animals use, can be duplicated mechanically, and have been. Radar, etc.
NWO? He most probably considered it as an adaptation for a social environment. But, not for anything more than scientific reasoning. My thought is geared to fit the infamous Big Bang Theory.
Therefore my answer would be yes and no.
