get urself busy? Occupy your mind. You could start by doing some chores, some sports, or even go for afew outtings. Don't allow yourself much free time to think bout all these things. Also, don't watch/read porn related stuffs!

I don't think there is anything you can do to stop what is a natural part of who we are. You can keep your mind busy (work, reading, jogging,or other exercises) and pray for God to ease your sexual urges.
