It is probably not milk. You probably have a disease involving the ducts in your breast either benign or malignant. See a surgeon right away.

My friend has the same thing we'll be just hanging out and all of a sudden she leaks milk. There is a specific name for it i just can't remember but it has to do with hormones and your brain is telling u that your pregnant....Go to doctor i think they might put u on birth control.

Do a hormonal assay!! Probably you have hyper-prolactinaemia-excess of milk generating hormone at the wrong time.
