Set the router for all connection etc to xbox live,
Username etc etc

Set its 'LAN' side to be DHCP
And set the Xboxes to dhcp.

the router MUST be NAT, (assuming you have a standard single Pubic IP Address from your provider.)

if its NON NAT, unless you have 2 public ip addresses from your provider it wont work. (ie both xboxes (and router) set with STATIC public ip address.)

This is so easy bro ... you can use a hub (hard way but can be done) or use a router with a router you can connect 2 xbox's and several computers to the Internet remember though the connection speed is divided by how many machines are connected on one connection so a 1.5Mb connection divides by how many machines are connected to the Internet.
