Yes it is my bro-in-law just went thru this it is time when people are growing up and moving on in his case there was no gf but he has a good job as a prision guard and wants to start looking for a good woman and make a life and his friends don't understand that half of them still are just working at like BK or MCD's and just want to party. If you are happy and your GF means a lot to you and they have a problem with it then screw them you can make more mature friends, but do what makes you happy.

I'm also 21, and yeah, some people are graduating college, some are in relationships, and some just have to get away from home for awhile. I've noticed in the last few years that my group of really close friends are drifting apart. I've lost some, grown apart from others, and made some new friends. Changes are happening, and sometimes it's hard to take. I've been able to stay in contact with many of my friends who now live hundreds of miles away, and we make it a point to get together whenever we can.

Very natual - when we're young (think teens) it doesn't take much to be friends - like the same bands, like cars or cameras or just live near each other and boom, you can be friends. As we get older, we each get more complicated - get into serious relationships, get different jobs which open us up to different life experiences. Some of the people we grew up with have moved in their own direction too - and some refuse to grow up at all.....natural to look for different things in your 20's that you did in your teens.

You ever hear of the Beatles? Women have a way of doing these things... but hey, don't place all the credit on her. You are letting this happen. You have the choice in all of it.

Depends on how much time you are devoting to them as opposed to her.
As you get older, your lives change. Once you get out of high school, everyone begins on different paths. THat's just how it works.

maybe, it depends on how much priority you put on friends, growing apart sometimes is normal, alienation of friends is never good.
