Use about an ounce of Spirits in a gallon or so of water and ice. Soak and use washcloths on faces, arms and / or lay cloths over a player's head. It will cool them and make the heat more bearable.

CAUTION: NOT FOR DRINKING! EXTERNAL USE ONLY! Coaches / Parents should help younger players use properly.
