Save about 1/2 in the bank. Give family and friends about 10 - 20 thousand each. Spend the rest on a new house in the mountains with a pool and spa. Higher my father in law to manage the remaining money to make more money in stocks.

That's a hard question. I guess I'd rather not have a million bucks. Um...
1) I'd buy a cute little country house
2) I'd give money to my parents and family
3) I'd donate to a charity (like Saint Jude)
