We are going to see a concert in October featuring Real thing and car wash. We know what real thing sang but cannot find any information on the group car wash. What did they sing and did they have any chart hits. I have tried a search engine with car wash and all it gives is plces to take the car to to have it washed.

Try song title is..Car Wash by Rose Royce (70's). And they had another hit called..Love Don't Live Here Anymore. I know cuz I had the album.

Rose Royce was the group that sang the song "Car Wash" from the movie of the same name but I have never heard of a group called "Car Wash".
The movie is pretty funny. Richard Pryor is in it.

There was no group named Car Wash
Car Wash was a big hit by Rose Royce, remade for Shark Tale by Christina Aguilera and Missy Elliott
