I am wanting to sell a very popular purse that is in high demand but am not sure when to end the auction and on what day. Anyone have any tips?

I would say in the evening on a weekday. Everyone waits until the last minute to bid on ebay and I think that would be the time that most people would be available.

I usually end Mine at 8:00 pm..........Saturdays seem to be the best :-) and that will end at 8 in california and 11pm on the east Coast.
One other Trick you Can try is to end it like 3 in the morning. That way the people that really want it, will set their maximum proxy bid because they Know they will not be up to make a last second bid. but that will depend on How many search pages theyll need to go through to find your item

Ive done around 600 auctions. Hope that helps :-)

eBay is the largest online marketplace and one of the most popular ways to earn an income from home with a PC and internet connection. Selling on eBay is inexpensive and easy to start. Ebay has a number of tools for sellers to maximise sales. These are eBay Pulse, Hot items report, merchandising calendar. By sourcing products at a low price, you can increase your profit. I don't think it really matters..If someone wants it they will find a way to bid on it....If you end them on Thursday, it seems like you will get paid faster. I usually end mine around 9 or 10 on Sunday nite. Seems like a more likely time for everyone to be home...Friday night and Saturday Night are a definate No...Good Luck....

No joke. I think 3pm on a Friday. Everyone will be at work in front of a computer to bid. Plus, it'll be a time when no one really has any immediate work to do.

Ebay's sales peak between 6pm and 9pm on Sundays.
