Follow this path to make any webpage as ur home page.
Go to the page which u want to make ur homepage> tools> internet options> general> use current> apply> ok.

Go to the page you want as your new homepage.
Click Tools > Internet Options.
In the "Home page" section near the top of the window, click the "Use Current" button, then click the OK button at the bottom.

open browser and goto strategies>cyber web concepts in handle bar field enter your new area call next time you will open a browser it is going to open that internet site in case you wana eliminate toolbar click on yahoo arrow icon at your toolbar to will open a dropdown opt for uninstall/eliminate toolbar it is going to eliminate yahoo toolbar out of your computing gadget

pick a new homepage.
