Follow this path to make any webpage as ur home page.
Go to the page which u want to make ur homepage> tools> internet options> general> use current> apply> ok.

open browser and goto strategies>cyber web concepts in handle bar field enter your new area call next time you will open a browser it is going to open that internet site in case you wana eliminate toolbar click on yahoo arrow icon at your toolbar to will open a dropdown opt for uninstall/eliminate toolbar it is going to eliminate yahoo toolbar out of your computing gadget
