Well, frankly, because you have a will to live. If you truly lost your will to live, you would die. People always imagine that their problems are worse than everyone else's, that their pain is greater than everyone else's and that their situation is far worse than everyone else's.
But God promises that He would not allow us to be under any strain greater than we can bear, and also that we don't suffer anything that isn't common to man -- all men (even women and children).

I can't answer that for you, but I'm living to have fun in the moment. i want to have a good husband, settle down, but still work. I want a good carear doing something i love. You may be trying to live for the same things, or you are trying to live for different things. But a life is always worth fulfilling.

Trust me, find a way to make yourself want to live. Change your job, girlfriend, resolve issues that are giving you problems. Life is a gift, and you only get one chance at it. Don't waist it. Just think of how many people you would hurt if you took your life. Find someone to talk to who can help. send me an email if you need a friend!!!!!

I agree with everyone else. dying isnt exactly good.whether or not things are going well right now, there is no WAY death is better. you'd never be able to do anything you enjoy anymore..stiop and think before you dismiss what I just said with a " I dont have anything I enjoy doing" ..:p trust me, its not a path you want to look into.

because if you killed yourself, then you would cease to excist and you would be taking a step to something that all fear, their own death. shows that you are human, just keep going, if you kill yourself its cause your too weak to take the stresses of life, my advice is to meditate for a few hours, contemplate death. make sure you are comfortable, this will ensure that you come with a good answer, death is NOT and answer, just contimplate and youll go on with life as if nothing happened, even find things more enjoyable.

Why wouldn't you want to? Sure bad things happen to all of us, but there is always another day, another town, another chance to love and be loved. Enjoy the time you have. When it's gone there is no proof that there is anything else that follows.

everyone has an empty "gap" or "hole"in them, whether they choose to recognise it exists or not. If that gap is neva filled then it might lead to a feeling of pointlessness. A sort of inner-dialogue takes place that sez "wi am i here, wi do i bother 2 get out of bed each day?" or sumting similar. I suggest u 'discover' yourself or rather go on a journey or have an experience with God. Trust me, i'm not just talking rubbish- i no wat ur talking abt an i no wat i'm talking abt!

Because it is your natural instinct to endure till the end. You are here for your own paticular life lessons. You need these lessons to move on. You HAVE to endure.

Because as miserable as your life may be, it's familiar to you. People will usually choose the familiar over the unfamiliar.
