It is from years of rights and wrongs being thrown at us from the time we were toddlers. You hear the grandparents, aunts, uncles, and parents; they are placing ideals in the very essence of deep thoughts. I remember older blacks saying, "it is a shame he can't get with his own kind." So this is not only about white men.

I wanted to go to the prom with a black girl; her family and friends blocked it. As for my parents, they said God gave me a mind; I need to decide the issue on my own. I went to the prom alone; but she also went alone. It was a nice prom night.

I can't stand seeing young thugs (little wanta bes) with white women because they are only in it for the sex most of the time. I'm not against interracial relationships. Most young wanta bes just don't care. But when I see older black men doing it I have no problem with it because they are mature normally at this point and established. It isn't about the act and being a wanta be thug.

And for the most part, we all at one point or another are curious about race. Look, what white guy won't want to do Halle Berry for example?

I've often wondered the same thing. I've personally been happy when I see anyone in a loving relationship, and can't understand why other people wouldn't feel the same way.

I remember being asked why whites (such as me) have to "steal our women", as if the woman herself had no say in the matter. As if there were some kind of property issue. I can't even form the concept of trying to tell a woman who she should be with in a relationship.

you know that is a good question. up until about 4 years ago i didn't care i thought you love who every you love right? Then out of no where this black donation fad comes in and starts butting down white men then i say hold on wait a sec. then i started thinking that if i see a white woman with a black man she must be saying bad things about me because i' m a white man so i turned around on them every time i see i call them whores and sluts so i get to FY-ck with their heads alittle too. and who ever said black men don't care must not know black men i have heard them say horrible things about black women that date white men. but get pissed when i say the same thing abt white women with black men. most black men can talk shi-t but can't take it and call you a racist so that is the non political correct answer but ill be labeled a racist but hey i don't care

Jealousy and not being taught that all people are still people no matter what their skin color. A white man feels threatened....and I can't really say about a black man...but its probably for the same reasons. Ignorance breeds ignorance....you live what your taught.

It's racism and possessive nature. Those men don't care much for black men, so it ticks them off when they see one of "their" women being taken away by a black man. Same goes for black men too, I suppose.

Oftentimes its just a race thing. To a lot of people, it seems wrong (even though it isn't), mostly because for the longest time you didn't see it happening. Many are actual racists, that race is wrong and you shouldn't mix with it kind of thing.
