Honestly it looks like she lost about 40 pounds. I'm sure she never weighed more then 135-140 and then she got weighed on the Howard Stern show and she was 97 pounds with clothes and shoes on so that means she was around 95 pounds with just underwear on. :-|
UNDER 100 POUNDS!!!! That is unbelievable for an AMERICAN Adult.

Too much - she went from being mildly pretty to looking positively skeletal & absolutely miserable. I haven't seen a picture of her smiling or looking happy since her weight plummeted.
Fat = happy
