The character I always liked best had no super powers, but was really good at what she did. That would be Sharon Carter. (from Captain America). Among the women with superpowers, I'd probably go for Psylocke

So many yummy bishonen to chose from, it should be a crime! :)
But I have to go with Tasuki from my fave anime Fushigi Yuugi. For some strange reason, I feel this urge to marry a 17 year old, woman hating, bandit leader/Suzaku Celestial Warrior who also happens to be a borderline alcoholic whose vocabulary is so foul it would make Cid Highwind *FF7* blush!!
