I started working in a factory and I'm contantly on my feet 10 hours a day. That isn't the bad part, cause I've done this before, it's my feet. I've never been able to find a comfortable shoe. We work on cement floors and before half the night is over, every night it feels like I've been walking on glass all night. I wake up the next morning and it still hurts so bad. Anyone know of a really comfortable shoe that could make my feet not hurt so bad?

it might not be the shoes, try a good pair of cross training sneakers and go out n buy some really good insoles 4 them. I have these ones that r filled with like a fluid n it feels like a little message every time I walk. also do not stand still even when u have 2 be in the same place 4 a long period move ur feet resdistribute ur wheight. also take a good hot shower before u go 2 bed get ur muscles relaxed.

also get some apple cider vinigar n massage it into ur legs before bed. yep its stinky but it will help.

Shoe inserts generally work once you find the right one for you...if possible see a podiatrist and they can fit your foot with an Orthodox which is a custom shoe insert and you will receive the support your arch, ball and heel require to stop the walking on glass feeling.

you would be a 28DD or a 30D because of the fact the version between the band and the cup length is what you're taking as cup length... 1inch is A 2B 3C 4D 5DD 6E 7F 8FF... between 28 and 33 there are 5 inches so which you would be a DD in a 28 band... the appropriate band length is one you may basically greater healthy 2 arms decrease than on the back and the appropriate cup one that suits your bigger breast and does not bulge everywhere. be sure you probably did your measurements properly hit upon a soft tape degree in inches take off each and every thing and arise use a mirror and stand sideways to it so which you will discover your profile degree in the present day decrease than the bust around the rib cage with the tape degree parallel to the floor make advantageous that the tape degree is tight yet not pinching your pores and skin it quite is your band length, do not upload something to it or take something away, regardless of if it quite is a 38 you're a 38 regardless of if it quite is a 37 i might attempt a 36 first yet you're a 38, regardless of if it quite is a 36 you're a 36, something in decimal style then around down, have faith me on that one, bra ingredients stretch lots Now write down your band length for the cup length lean forward so as that each and every person of your breast tissue is to the front of your physique degree the comparable way as for the band with the tape degree parallel to the floor in case you arise yet be sure you do this leaning over and degree it around the portion of your breasts that 'carry' down the farthest once you're leaning over whilst nevertheless leaning over checklist this length, it would not be tight, in actuality it would be unfastened in simple terms resting the tape degree on your tissue and not compressing it everywhere it quite is your bust circumference. Subtract your band length from this selection the selection you basically calculated is your cup length for that band length, around in many cases to the closest entire selection. one inch distinction is A, 2-B, 3-C, 4-D, 5-DD, 6-E, 7-F, 8-FF, 9-G, 10-GG etc.

I know that feeling. I have these shoes and they're comfortable because they aren't so wide.
