It sounds to me like you need to say to him what you just wrote and ask him flat out - what's the deal? I mean you have a right to. He is your husband. I have been through this and I know how it feels not to bein the mood because of the fighting. Im sure there is an explanation.

it may be that he actually is realizing what is going on between you, and he wants tot try and make it right. did you sit and talk with him and hold each other? if you didn't then don't get mad when things are still rocky. don't ponder over what made him react the way he did, just be thankful that he came to you first and wanted to try "patching things up."

try to work with him dear. marriage is two way, if he keeps coming to you and you don't respond positively, well you know what they say....what you won't do another one will!

I'd say he recognizes you've been fighting more than he cares to...a cease fire and hug was to allow this not to get out of hand...I will play mediator and demand you both stop the fighting and make love not war! immediately!

nobody said marriage was easy. you'll go through rough patches, no doubt. but think about why it is that you married him, and why you love him so much, remembering that will help you appreciate him a little more.
