My family will be coming for a 10 day visit. Can they bring their handicapped tag with or do they need to apply for one here?

go to the local council office and as for a temporality exchange foruro blue bage, there will be some qusetions about your condition,you should be able to get one in7 days

No, sorry, it won't. Not legally anyway.

As a practical matter I would think that the Old Bill would cut some slack though some **** is likely to raise a stink somewhere.

No, and it can take months to get one in the UK.

You have to be a UK resident and require a medical examination.

Not sure, but I doubt it. UK ones are usable throughout the EU but I'm, not sure about the American ones

More than likely need to apply for one here as they will look different, but i'd ask your doctor. =) Hope they enjoy their visit, and I just made it to level 4...woohoo!
