General troubleshooting means to find out the problems of why the PC is not working properly.
There are many different reasons the PC might not work as a PC consist of many different hardware parts as well as software programe. Thus, if any one of it malfuction, you will need to troubleshoot to find which is the one causing the problem and solve it.
First, you have to isolate the problem. Determine if it's software problems or hardware problems. If hardware problem, try taking out the hardware one at a time to see which one solve the problem. If software problem, try uninstall the last know program that cause the trouble.
