This all depends on whether you mean in height, girth, wisdom, or something else?.
We all never stop growing older until we die. Certain parts of our anatomy never stop growing, such as our nails, our feet, etc.
Neither do we stop growing wiser as we experience life and the world about us. Our skin cells are growing continuously as they replenish themselves. Our brains are always growing new cells to replace those that are regularly dying. Our vocabulary is always growing as we learn more words.
For a 9-year old? Don't worry about it - your growth - in all respects - is pre-determined by your genes, and you have little say in the matter.

You grow till you die. One grows to be wiser as we age. one grows to tackle challenges of everyday life and when you are old opening a screw top of a bottle could be a challenge for some and one has to grow to acknowledge loss of skill and ability and grow to overcome the loss of previously learnt skill
