Trojan viruses are most lethal type of viruses when it comes to stealing data and other sensitive information . they may be of polymorphic or any hybrid types depending upon from where u got this virus .
manually deleting the virus is not a good solution because they can have effected any file of your operating system deleting which can play havoc to ur system , neither using a free web based scanner because they keep mutating fast enough to bypass any such checks .
so get your system totally virus free it is advisable to use norton or the mcafee antivirus suite that comes with the antivirus scanning as well as the internet protection tool with latest definitions . it will ensure virus free system and safe surfing henceforth
thanks . hope u got it what u were looking for

Yes, with an regularly-updated anti-virus software.

Did you get a trojan? There is always a way to delete it.

IF you're lucky you can clean it completely with anti-virus.

But, mostly viruses attatch themselves into system files so if cleaning fails then deletion of the infected file also fails (who wants to delete a system file?) and then quarantining fails too because it is a system file.

Reformatting will completely remove it. Reformatting means erasing ALL (I repeat *ALL*) files on the hard disk. That includes the trojan/virus. Hope you know how to do it though, but it's easy to do.

hi, perhaps you can try norton or Macfee, or spyware doctore to remove the spyware, these three software all need a fee to use..

i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox cannot remove the spyware, but it can disable this spyware to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

download firefox for free:

Some trojans/viruces are too sofisticated and do not allow you even to visit well-known antivirus sites.
You can install any up-to-date antivirus software and it will kill you junkware.
