Johnson & Johnson's Softwash body wash. I have very dry skin, and my skin feels so good when I use this. It is also made for babies, so it is good for sensitive skin. Use this on a mesh poof. It is also inexpensive, and you can find it in any drugstore.
Also use the pink baby lotion after your shower, it will keep your skin soft, and it's also good for sensitive skin.

If I am going lower on budget I like to use Caress or otherwise Philosphy brand has a lot of great ones with great scents (Amazing Grace & Mimosa are 2 of my favorites)

Try using Vitamin E cream, it holds in moisture and also good for scars.

not an expert in brands, but it should contain glycerin n honey..turns out like ababy skin
