Man, this is why people hate the US. Alakit013, you should really shut up and stop making America look like a bunch of sniveling, backwards, lay-man, a**holes.
I have a couple of Iranian friends, and they said the biggest difficulty they had in study abroad was finding the right place to study, and making sure that they found a place where the language barrier would not be that bad. Apparently, you speak or at least, write English pretty well, so you won't have too many problems finding a study abroad program.
Even with Iran's current political turmoil, you still probably got a better education than alakit013 up there, and you shouldn't have too many issues finding the right place for you.
