Sadly it does seem that way, and it seems that many large oil corporations have offered them mega bucks to do all this and receive a commission or percentage of earnings. Sure, many Americans will keep denying this, but it is a fact, their politicians are crooks that portray foreigners as evil people, and, Americans, having limited intelligence, actually believe all that is being told to them. Rather than investing in educating stupid Americans, the precious funds are being used to fight the war and make Americans even more ignorant and dumb. Sadly, Americans dont realize what is happening and take everything at face value on what is shown to them on CNN and Fox News.

from their words no, from their deeds, hell yeah! it would seem that they have a policy of deliberately trying to stir up hatred and create as many terrorists as possible.
It is still less than in WW2 and in WW1 there was 60,000 of OUR soldiers being killed EVERYDAY during the worst fighting. the other side had equally high daily casualties.
