In Oklahoma, where I live, I HATE IT! It has been 100 degress or more for the past week or so! Where's the rain? Why have we been stuck in a drought?!
There is a heat advisory and a Red Flag Fire Alert for my area today. (I'm guessing there will also be a big grass fire some place too. We've had many of those this year. Too many!)

Whether one likes the weather or not really doesn't matter, since the alternative would be NO weather.
And NO weather can only happen because the Earth has lost its gravitational field, meaning we no longer have gravity, and thusly, we no longer have an atmosphere.
In other words, we'd all be dead.
