Does anyone know the reputation of streamline.net web hosting?

I have had too much of a problem with them. i have been sending them the mysql error that i get 3 times in a day, and they are not able to help. they only say that, their servers are perfectly fine. I just checked the IP to COUNTRY conversion, and their mysql servers are in South Africa.
