At this point - it's total paranoia. If you have regular cycles, you generally have the highest rate of getting pregnant with in a day or two before or after the 14th day after the 1st day of your last period. The effects of the pill do tend to last and the effects of being on it and going off of it can be headaches and cramps and possibly lightheadedness. These can also be signs of your impending period which you may have forgotten what they were if you were on the pill for awhile. Here's a method that is nearly foolproof. See if your period comes, if two weeks pass after the day you were expecting your period, take an Home pregnancy test. You can get one for free at a Crisis Pregnancy Center or clinic. If it is positive then you are indeed pregnant. But testing this early will probably give you a negative result whether you are or not. It would be too early to detect most of the effects of an early pregnancy. If you were pregnant the earliest signs would more likely be things like acne breakouts and varying degrees of nausea. But, an impending period can have the same things happen. At this point you're paranoid. 2 weeks after you expected your period - if it doesn't arrive - then you have reason to suspect. Even if you get a positive HPT there is a very slight chance of not actually being pregnant or miscarrying early. That's why I'd recommend waiting until 2 weeks after you're expecting your period to test. If you have sharp abdominal pains - you could be having a ectopic or tubal pregnancy - go to the ER right away!

my wife usually misses a couple pills per cycle and we haven't had anymore kids, you shouldn't feel signs if you are pregnant before your missed period either. We you do miss a pill it throws off your hormone levels which will cause you some problems cramps, acne and some other side effects that are really varied to each individual person. At this point you don't sound pregnant, so breath a little easier and wait to see if you miss.
P.S.- The new EPT preg. tests can give results up to 5 days before your missed period.

Paranoid. If you have been on the pill for a long time, missing one pill isn't going to make any difference. (not really) You've probably scared yourself silly and it's amazing what the body can do to convince you that you are pregnant (or sick) Stress can also delay your period. So, don't be even more stressed about that. Good luck!

Sounds like the heat is getting to you. Wait until you are due for your period. If you are 5 days late, get a pregnancy test. Get one that has two testers in it just in case the first one comes up negative and you don't get your period 3 days after that.
In the mean time, stay in air conditioning. Drink water and eat some salty food with it, like pretzels or potato chips. Take it easy.

You sound a bit paranoid.....been there done that, it's scary. Wait until you are due on if you miss it say become 1 week late see your doctor. But worrying about it may make you late anyway. Try not to stress and I'm sure you will be fine x

It is so hard to tell. Our bodies can give us false symptoms if we think about it to much, but on the other hand, you could really be pregnant and the symptoms could be true. I would wait until your period is due, if you don't start take a home pregnancy test. If that doesn't help, you should see a doctor. Either way, good luck!

Possibly a little paranoid right now. Unfortunately all you can do is wait it out and see if you miss your period. Try not to stress about it because stress can delay a period and freak you out even more. Your breasts can be sore whether you're pregnant or not. Mine get so sore just before my period sometimes it kills just to take my bra off. So even that's not always a good indicator. Just have to wait it out.

It could be paranoi but you also have a small chance of being pregnant. I'd wait until you miss a cycle and then take a test or go to the doctor or something. BUt if this is completeling driving you crazy, just call and talk to your doctor or a OB/GYN.

paranoid, I wouldn't worry till you miss your period. Even then, the worrying your are doing can cause your period to be late. If you are late, wait a week, if you don't start, buy a HPT. And go from there.

Take a pregnancy test. I would say that you wouldn't be feeling those symptoms you're describing in just two weeks, but what do I know.
