How much does a litre petrol cost where you live?

Here in south africa it is about R7 or $1 per litre.
It is very expensive!

please use $/Litre, since I don't know how much a gallon is unless I look it up and what does 300 R mean?

So basically our petrol is cheap, but our income is about 10x less than in the uk an this is the highest the petrol price has ever been.

in sydney on average it is AUD$1.49 per litre
