tight clothing, too many beers or sodas, keeping you bathing suit on for too long after swimming in clorinated water (I know, sounds wierd, but it's true), not changing your underwear often enough (sounds gross, but it's true) even certain soaps that your body's chemistry reacts to can give you one.

yes. Yeast infections are not caused by someone else. They are cause by lots of different things that you do yourself like wearing tight clothes, using harsh soaps, heat, not washing the are well and ect. You should get to your doctor.

Yes, sometimes children even get yeast infections. Try the OTC stuff and if that doesn't work go to your doc they can give you a prescription, clear it right up.

Yes yeast infections are also caused by diet, harsh soap, tight/nylon underware and baths.

do you mean without having been with someone?? if that's what you meant.....yes. you don't get a yeast infection from someone else period. it happens because of discharge and heat you have in your vaginal area.

I've known some to get the infection from tub bathing and had to switch to taking showers instead.
