Some of my friends? I love them to death "BUT" they can't keep a secret to save their lives. I'm not talking about being captured and taken in as a POW, being forced to talk with the threat of having your eyes gouged out! They can't keep secrets "PERIOD!" (That's why I keep secrets to myself now.)

No. I was betrayed so many times in the past, so now I prefer to keep everything in my mind only.

They aren't your friends.
When a friend tells a secret they no longer deserve your trust.
Maybe you should consider having new friends by making them earn your trust but you do need to earn theirs.
You can tell if someone is trustworthy by looking at the people they surround themselves with.
If you don't like their taste in friends then stay away from them.
Also, when you speak to a potential friend notice who talks more and who talks less in the conversation. You can notice this in a group or just between you or them. If they talk the most and have trouble letting others speak then stay away from them.

Absolutely NOT. If you want to keep a secret, keep it to yourself.
After-all it is a SECRET.

I've always felt a secret can be kept between three people: yourself, your truest confidant, and a dead man.
You would tell none of your own secrets you want kept hidden, your truest confidant never wishes to break your trust, and a dead man cannot share a secret.
Beyond that, secrets cannot be kept.

I don't have friends.... except my online friends... exactly because of that reason. At least I can trust the friends on here.... cause I don't really know them so it's not like I have to worry about what I say getting around.

I think sometimes u have to trust to someone!so its beter that if that one is one of your friends....but sometimes maybe they dont keep your secret..it depends on u ,your secret & also friend!reall friend are not many...

hell no..once you tell anyone a secret..it's not a secret any more...they will eventually tell someone and that person will tell someone and not only will your secret be out, but it will not even match your original secret...
