is the washer in the faucet still good, or has it dry rotted. you might want to replace that...it's an easy fix

Go to Walmart and in the section where they sell screws/bolts or in the bathroom supply area, they have bags of washers. About 30 in a small bag. Find the one to fit your hose and put it in there, plug back into the house. (You may have lost the old one and not have it to size, so just get the bag of mixed washers, good to have on hand.) If it still drips, then buy a new nozzle.

The little rubber washer is probably worn. Buy a new one, and put it back inside the nozzle where the hose screws in.

they do make new hose ends that you can get, but it may just need a new washer. neither option is all that expensive.
