You using connect software? If so, try to update it by connecting to the internet. It should automatically update to a newer version, which i've not had many problems with yet (it froze a couple of times, but not crashed my comp yet).
Other wise apparently Soundstage 4 is meant to work quite well

Does your MP3 player connect to your computer by using a USB cable? If so, you may not even need the software since most USB things are plug-and-play. All you would need to do is have your music in like your Windows Media Player library and then sync the music from your library to your MP3 player while it's connected to the USB cable.

Try going to the sony website and download the software. Thats what i did for a wirless webcam and it worked.

No, even whilst human beings yawn i don't. i like to play a interest with my acquaintances the place somebody will yawn and we observed who yawns first. I on no account many times win till i'm unwell with a chilly because of the fact i'm getting so drained it quite is as though I stayed up an entire week with a wink of sleep.

it was a common problem a few months back. i think there is a newer version of the software for download on sony's website
