With this kind of question, it is possible to take a view of our inner workings. When I read the morning news, I pick out the pleasent stories, avoiding war and rumors of war. I laugh when I go to the park and see devilish little boys playing the same kinds of tricks on the little girls that I did fifty years ago. Children have a way of creating happiness.

My husband invites me to happiness.
Dancing. At home, when I was younger I went dancing alot, etc..
I enjoy the peace of tatting (sounds so domestic :p) which is hand made lace, while watching a rented movie in my house.
Reading a good book.
Curled up in bed with hubby while it's thunderstorming outside.
I love thunderstorms :)
Traveling to Europe (I fufilled that dream 2 years ago.)
I want to go back to visit the wonderful history there. It fasinates me that people a 1000 years ago walked on the very cobblestones I was standing on.
Having people compliment me on my cookies :)

My dog when he eats his "Frosty Paws" (ice cream for dogs)
He takes his little cup out on the deck and holds it between his paws and procedes to lick the ice cream, rolling his eyes up and smiling. Yes, my dog smiles. And he is a BIG German Shepherd Dog.
