You apply for a Schengen visa from the embassy/consulate of any Schengen country. So the number depends on where you live and which country's representative is most convenient for you.

You did not mention were you are located, but if you go to any of the Eu embassy i.e Germany, Belgium, Holland, you could obtain a shengen visa from any of this embassies.
