when is the Star Wars T.V. series coming out?

i'm a big SW fanatic, and i read in Star Wars Insider that a T.V. show was coming out, does anyone know when?

The first one is supposed to be animated and start by March; the live-action show is supposed to start (hopefully) by fall of 2007.
