It's not all the time, the pain comes and goes. What should I do? I do have high blood pressure but it's normal with med's. I don't lift weights. I do have C.M.T. and form of musclar dystrophy.

Hi,
Please go to a cardiac Specialist Doc. as soon as possible, and make sure whether or not it is a cordial problem.

Good luck.

Pulled muscle maybe? or disc pressing on a nerve?

I had the shoulder blade thing and the pain wrapped around to the front of my chest making it hard to breathe. I went to a chiropractor and had a massage. It took almost 2 weeks to feel better, but at least I felt like I was doing something about it.

I also used cold packs and heating pads to work on the inflamation.

Probably not, though if you're worried you should see a Dr. I too have a pain in my neck that radiates down my back to my shoulder blade and down my arm, it's a nerve that gets pinched. I just take ibuprofen and deal with it for the past 3 years. I went to the Dr. and he wanted and MRI blah, blah, blah don't have time for that he gave me a steriod that actually helped, now I just like I said Ibuprofen and deal with it.
