her next door neighbor is gay, but no one bothers her, she is playing basketball in college. But she continues to harass,bully and get other teens to threaten my niece...They curse her out, now they have started to go to my nieces job... The law says there is nothing that can be done because there is no proof and she has been denied a peace bond/please help anyone?

Grab this wench by herself, get real up close and personal so that she knows you are serious, and tell her to BACK OFF! You WILL not tolerate any more abuse towards your niece, and tell her if she doesn't take you seriously, then just try you! I would go over there with my sister, and confront her together. Let her know that there will be no more calling the cops, that from now on, she is going to have to answer to you all. As for the other teens, find out who they are, and have a nice little conversation with their parents! Never tolerate this kind of mess because it will never stop until your niece or someone else gets seriously hurt. Nip it in the bud now!

My 5.5 year previous daughter all started that once her brother grew to develop into a million and she or he wanted even with he wanted and each thing changed into drama.
