Depends on if you are having intercourse or giving her oral...intercourse you should be able to feel her muscles contracting...with oral, you typically have to go by her reaction (it should get stronger with orgasm, and she may push you away after)...however, if she's not a very vocal or expressive person...you may simply not know...
Talk to her about it...come up with a way for her to let you know for sure...
