when i go to options in any folder, i am not able to find folder options? Also what was the reason that it automatically vanished?

i tried to put the shorcut to my taskbar, but that too doesnt work?
also, i cant put any printscreen photo now, coz i am use public pc for internet.

Did you mean Folder Option? You can fine it in your control panel and also when you open any folder just go to the tool bar and click on tools and select folder option.. If that is what you miss in your computer, I had the same problem before and it was because my hard disk is damaged and I replaced it.. or maybe you got virus in your PC..
