yes i love them, i am having them done next year and my mum also had them done years ago, and she is fine by the way she has never had any problems with them and they have made her a happier person

Some women look good with implants and some women its very obvious. The natural look and feel would be the choice, where the implant is not noticeable and compliments the womens figure.

When I've seen this question posted, guys generally say no (they don't like how they feel)...but being a chick with breasts that need 'help' to look nice, if I had the bucks right now, I'd have a b00b job done in a heartbeat (lift and fill)...I'm the one that sees them the most, they might as well look like I want them to look... :)

I don't have a prefference.
When they are done right they are fine.
I can't stand the jobs that are make them stand out like torpedos.
My wife works for a plastic surgeon the does the most natural boobs. The look totally real.

Never actually had my hands on any. An old friend of mine got some and gave me a hug. I thought she was going to break my ribs. If done properly they can make a nice difference.

i am a male and as much as the manufacturers want to sell them to me (judging from the numerous bulk e-mails i get on the subject), I DO NOT WANT OR NEED BREAST IMPLANTS!!!

No, after a while, they harden and feel like rocks. Besides they are a health hazard, regardless of what doctors say. They are in it for the money.

i think there fake and i don't like fake people ....plus look at all the medical problems you could have ....not to mention if u ever get pregnant you could never breast feed your child

I hate them, they don't feel rigt or look right and they decrease the womans sensitivity. Natural, no matter how tiny or miss matched.

no, i do not like making my body somthing it is not. but i do not mind other doing it,it is something each person has to deside for them selfs.
