First open your computer......it is easy.....you will find screws at the back....which lets you open the side lids....
when the computer is open, use a vacuum cleaner to suck in the loose dust.....be careful that u dont knock out any parts...the nozzle will have a tendency to get stuck to the board....avoid getting close to the pcb or the processor....
Then use the blower to blow out the dust remaining in the corners....have fun....don't worry....its really easy...
Caution: Don't use the blower before the vacuum, as you will create a cloud of dust and make ur surroundings dirty.
Never use any liquid while cleaning the inside stuff, as it might result into a short circuit and finally a burnt chip..
Note: You can clean the cover separately, using whatever you wish, but be sure that it is dry, before you fix it again.

I do this stuff for a living.
All you have to do is:
step1: open computer.
step2: use a blower or a vacuum machine 2 blow all the dust out.
TIP: Make sure you do this outside. You don't want all that dust inside the house.
