Depending on your rep, get 10 rep points with your group and you can go into the respective clubhouse.

ok i have this game and i try 2 get my rep group 2 10 and it doesn't happen the same 4 the other groups. but keep trying and the magazines you get sell the u don't need them that's what i do.
i don't play as much 2 bust playing pokemon emerald :)
