How long does it take for the cells in our body to rebuildor regenerate ?

depends on the cell......
as for RBC`s, i think around a month or so for it to mature in the bone marrow......
and its life span is around 3 months......

as for other cells i`m not sure....

Various cells take different time to regenerate, So it is hard to give a average time.
Blood cells may be 2 weeks(? )
Brain cells longer
neuron longer
