Sweetie, stop hating yourself. Obviously you don't have many people in your life that have poured into you the love and confidence you need to grow into a happy and mature young woman. At this point, you really do sound secure enough and strong enough to do it yourself. Shaniqua, happiness is a DECISION, as hard as that sounds to rise above ANY circumstances. Do you have a bible? WIth it and daily prayer, you can come to know GOD and find inner peace. Sorry you have to go through this, but you have a computer, reach out to nice people who will pour into you and look for neighbors, teachers, counselors and such who will nurture you. Surround yourself with positive people. Become determined to be a responsible person who focuses on school and doing what is best for YOU. When you turn 18, the world will be your oyster, honey and your Mom will be turning to you for help and advice. Read the story of Joseph in the book of Genesis in the bible. It will help you. Bless you. LOVE YOURSELF. I love you.

Go to the school counselor. You need to get help and if your mother is this closed to you now, then she may not help you get psychological help without prodding from school officials. Also, if you are old enough, get a job, any job and start saving your money, so that when you are 18 you can afford to be on your own. Good Luck.

well you should not want to kill yourself you should love your self you should not want to do that what is going on in your life that makes you feel that way???? your mom does not sound like a caring parent she sounds very un caring. she should encourage you to love yourself in a good way but she wants to kick you out when you turn 18 years old because you said you was going to kill your self go and see some one because that is not the right thing to do write all your feelings down and give it to your mom so she can see just how you feel because it is just not right.

You should speak to someone about this. A school counselor might be a good idea or perhaps even your family doctor. If these two are not available to you try telling a teacher or, as has been suggested already, call the hotline for children's aid, they will be able to help you or refer you to the proper person.

See a pyschiatrist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You really need medicine, not just a talking to. And WHY does your mom want to kick you out of the house? WHY do you want to kill yourself. Have you ever tried? Ask yourself all these questions and talk to a guidence counselor about them.

wow, if you feel like killing yourself because you have to face the facts and be an adult, than boy o boy, youre not going to make it very long.
Your mom is doing NOTHING wrong...theres no child protection order saying that your momma has to take care of you after the age of 18....I'm a fellow teen (14)...and I agree with your mom completely.
sorry, but I mean it

You are probably depressed, and there are many many solutions for this, so you can have a normal, happy life.
