I've found Yahoo site builder very easy to use and I don't have the enthusiasm to learn a whole other graphics programme, so does any one know of a similar tool I can use to make leaflets.? Preferably free, otherwise cheap!

Actually, you are comparing apples to oranges. Software to create something online like a website is quite different from software to create something for print as a leaflet.

I use MicroSoft Publisher for brochures and flyers. Very easy to use.
